About
Celerity is a sci-fi runner game first made as a school project. Go as fast as you can through different levels and discover all the different paths to finish it even faster! It is being developed as a PS4 game, with Unreal Engine 4.
Story
Celerity is set in a distant future, on the Oridoshi space colony. Four, the main character, is not a normal human being. She has multiple abilities, her most important one being her top running speed of 333 kilometers per hour. Discover her as she trains in the Nehan Corporation laboratories, and run as fast as you can!
Gameplay
The game features super fast gameplay with precise controls. In fact, Four has been developed to have really great reaction time. Her acceleration allows you to jump to faster places. But when this is not enough, the main gameplay mechanic reveal all its potential: the flight ability. Indeed, Four has some energy inside of her that allows her to fly for a limited time.
On top of this, there is a dash that allows you to make a 90º rotation to the right or to the left, in the idea of a speedy and fluid gameplay.
The idea is to run on platforms to accumulate energy, then fly to attain other platforms, the fastest possible, to finish the game as quick as possible. There are multiple paths, so try to find the fastest one depending on your abilities!
